I am really lazy when it comes to writing reviews. Bobsweep however, compelled me to write a review and share an amazing experience with everyone whether she or he is thinking about buying a robot vacuum cleaner or not. The product and the service have been amazing in the 4 months that I have been using Bobsweep, but what really made me take the time to write a review was my experience with their customer service. I’d say the best two customer services I have received in my life where from Costco and Bobsweep. Here is why:
I have a 6-year old son (Juan) who plays with bobsweep’s remote all the time. He loves driving bObsweep around the house and does it on a daily basis. Well, you can’t complain as a mother if your son is cleaning the house at the same time he is playing, can you?! But one day Juan dropped the remote control in his little sister’s plastic pool and it was dead for good after that. Juan was very sad and I could see that he felt guilty. I went on the website and decided to purchase a new remote online, but since it keeps insisting on the website that they are there to help, I decided to check with Bobsweep first. So I hopelessly emailed Bobsweep and told them the story to see if they would subsidize the replacement cost since it was during the warranty period. They got back to me in 20 minutes and to my surprise, they said that they will send me a replacement free of charge! I emailed them to ask how much the shipping would cost, and they replied again saying that they will pay for the shipping as well and that it would be Bobsweep’s gift to Juan. I was speechless and didn’t believe it until we received a package in the mail four days later, that included a remote control, and a small card with this written on it:
“Happy cleaning Juan!
From your friends at Bobsweep”
